Why should I hire ESMS to manage my social media?

Why can’t an existing employee take over our social media?

We are dedicated to your social media.  Adding the task of social media management to an existing employee’s work load won’t make your social media better in the long run.  Social media, done properly, takes hours of strategy, creation, execution and maintenance.  If social media longevity in today’s business world is important it shouldn’t be an add-on, it should be a FOCUS.

What’s my role if I hire ESMS?

We are partners but ESMS carries the load.  Like all facets of your business, your role is important!  It’s no different when it comes to social media.  ESMS and your business is a partnership and your participation is needed.  You are the expert of your business and we feed off your vibe and contribution.  Depending on the package you select there are different levels of your time that is needed.

Is there a contract and how are payments made?

We’re flexible.  We suggest a three month contract so you can see the impact of our work on your business.  All work is month to month, with a 30 day written notice of cancellation.  Payment is due upfront, each month and is billed through PayPal.  Credit card payments have a 3% fee added and refunds are not given.

What if we don’t have our own images for use on our social media?

We are resourceful.  ESMS has photography services that you can utilize to help build your feed’s aesthetic.  We also have other photo sources to ensure our client’s overall image needs are met.  Together we’ll work the details to meet the need.

My business isn’t in Woodland, Ca.  How will ESMS manage my social media from a distance?

We love the power of communication.  From weekly emails to daily texts, phone calls to updating shared notes, ESMS uses all sorts of communication tools to ensure we’re connected with our clients.  We’re also not opposed to the occasional road trip!   In the world of social media, long distance relationships are a daily occurrence!
